In this week’s Employee Spotlight, we are highlighting Ryan Joyce, a Risk Analyst on our team.  Learn more about Ryan below:

What do you like most about working for Diemert Insurance? 

I enjoy the culture and work environment that Diemert Insurance has created over the last 35 years.  It is also rewarding to work in an industry that allows us to help people!

How long have you been in the insurance industry?

I have been in the industry for 2 years. However, both my grandfather and uncle are agents, so I feel like I’ve been in it much longer.

How are you going to celebrate the holidays this year?

Holidays this year may have to look a little different for everyone, but I plan to spend mine surrounded by my fiancé, family, friends, and puppies.  Most likely overeating holiday sweets and watching Christmas movies. The usual.

What is your favorite holiday tradition?

We are a big-time cookie family.  Enjoying the dozens of different types of cookies our family produces year-after-year is my favorite holiday tradition. I recommend the orange cookie.
